Jeff Kaminski, CEO and Jason Zajac, VP of Sales, participated in 3M's Business Planning college at 3M's corporate headquarters May 1-3.  3M presented on Mega Trends, including the shifting demographics in the US and the uptick in digital marketing.   They learned about "The Customer Journey," which is a high level planning tool for Managers and Sales Teams.  There were fascinating presentations on Inside Sales models, Customer focused selling techniques and Insight Discoveries.  Jeff and Jason met with 3M personnel in the Converter Markets and participated in a fantastic tour of the 3M Innovation Center.  It was a great 3 days of intense training with our valued 3M partner.
